24Billiards 比赛规则说明｜Tournament Rules (Based on Rules of Heyball rev.2025)

一、通用条款 General Provisions
1. 本次比赛采用 Rules of Heyball (rev.2025) 作为基础规则文本，并结合比赛实际做出若干补充与调整说明。
1. This tournament adopts Rules of Heyball (rev.2025) as the base framework, with adjustments specified for this event.
2. 所有报名选手视为已完全知晓并同意遵守本规则。在比赛期间若出现争议，选手须接受 24Billiards 的裁决，裁决为最终裁决，不得异议。
2. By registering, all players are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these rules. In case of disputes, the decision made by 24Billiards shall be final and binding.

二、比赛规则说明 Competition Rules Summary
（一）开球相关 Break Shot Rules
3. 首局通过 Lag 球决定开球方，此后双方交替开球。
3. The first break is determined by lag; subsequent breaks alternate between players.
4. 开球犯规时，对手享有开球线后自由球权。主球须位于开球线后，不能直接击打开球线后的目标球，但可使主球穿越开球线后再回打。
4. If a foul occurs on the break, the opponent receives ball-in-hand behind the head string. The cue ball must start behind the line and cannot strike a ball behind it directly, unless it first crosses the line and then returns.
5. 若开球时 8 号球入袋，应将其放回置球点并继续比赛，不判负局。
5. If the 8-ball is pocketed on the break, it is spotted and play continues—no loss of frame.
（二）指袋制度 Call Pocket Rule
6. 本场比赛不采用指球定袋制度，包括 8 号球与点球，凡合法击球造成目标球入袋即为有效。
6. This tournament does not use a call-pocket system. Any legally pocketed ball counts, including the 8-ball and penalty shots.

（三）击球时间 Shot Clock
7. 每位选手应在 1 分钟内完成击球。如需延时，需取得对手明确同意。
7. Players must complete each shot within 1 minute. Time extension requires the opponent’s consent.

（四）选球规则 Ball Group Selection
8. 球局开放状态下，任何不合法入袋目标球（8 号球除外）不需取出。
8. During an open table, any illegally pocketed object balls (except the 8-ball) remain in play.
9. 若主球合法同时击中两种花色的目标球，且两者或任一组均有进袋，击球者可自由选择所属花色。接下来选手必须选择另一组。
9. If the cue ball legally contacts both stripes and solids, and both groups are pocketed, the player may choose their group; the next player must take the other.

（五）犯规与自由球处理 Fouls & Ball-in-Hand
10. 犯规（开球犯规除外）时，对手获得全场自由球权，可在球台任意位置放置主球并朝任意方向击球。
10. For any foul (except break foul), the opponent receives ball-in-hand anywhere on the table, with the freedom to shoot in any direction.
11. 选手可在击球前移动主球，允许使用球杆的非皮头部分移动，皮头触球为犯规。
11. Players may reposition the cue ball before shooting using the non-tip part of the cue. Tip contact during repositioning is a foul.

（六）合法击球要求 Legal Shot Requirements
12. 击球未造成目标球入袋时，须至少有一颗球（含主球）碰库，否则判为犯规。
12. If no ball is pocketed, at least one ball (including cue ball) must contact a cushion; otherwise, it is a foul.
13. 停留在台面外的目标球（除 8 号球）视为合理消失，不予复位。
13. Any object ball that leaves the table (except the 8-ball) is considered legally off the table and will not be respotted.

（七）击球顺序难判时的处理 Simultaneous Contact
14. 如主球几乎同时击中合法与非法目标球且难以判断顺序，视为先击中合法目标球。
14. If the cue ball contacts a legal and an illegal target ball nearly simultaneously, and it is hard to judge, the ruling favors legal contact first.

（八）一般犯规 General Fouls
15. 以下行为构成犯规，判对手获得自由球权：15. The following constitute a foul, resulting in ball-in-hand for the opponent:
(1) 主球入袋或飞出台面；(1) Cue ball pocketed or jumps off table (2) 主球先接触非法目标球；(2) Cue ball strikes illegal object ball first (3) 台面球未静止即击球；(3) Shooting before all balls stop moving (4) 击球瞬间双脚离地；(4) Both feet off the ground while shooting (5) 目标球停在台面外；(5) Object ball jumps off the table (6) 非法碰球；(6) Touching any ball with hand, clothing, etc. (7) 连杆；(7) Double hit (cue contacts cue ball twice) (8) 推杆；(8) Push shot (sustained force through the cue) (9) 开球线后非法击打；(9) Illegal break shot behind head string (10) 单手击球；(10) Shooting with one hand (11) 放置器具击球；(11) Placing equipment like extension rods on the table to shoot
16. 故意犯规被视为违反体育精神的行为。一场比赛中，若出现三次故意犯规，将直接判负一局。16. Intentional fouls are considered unsportsmanlike conduct. If a player commits three intentional fouls in one match, they will forfeit the current frame.

（九）输局判定 Loss of Frame
17. 选手出现以下情况直接判负该局：17. A player loses the frame immediately in the following situations:
(1) 击进 8 号球的同时犯规（开球除外）；(1) Pocketing the 8-ball while committing a foul (except on break) (2) 击入本组最后一颗球时同时击入 8 号球；(2) Pocketing the last object ball and the 8-ball in one shot (3) 将 8 号球击出台面；(3) 8-ball jumps off the table (4) 未清完目标球组前击进 8 号球；(4) Pocketing the 8-ball before clearing one’s group (5) 8 号球停留在台面外；(5) 8-ball ends up off the table (always loss of frame)

（十）僵局处理 Stalemate
18. 若比赛停滞，双方各自再执行三杆击球尝试解决。
18. In case of deadlock, each player may attempt three additional shots to resolve the situation.
19. 若仍无共识，由裁判宣布僵局并重摆球重新开始此局，开球顺序不变。
19. If unresolved, the referee shall declare a stalemate and the frame will restart with the same break order.

三、附则 Appendix
20. 如有未尽事项，主办方将参照 Rules of Heyball 并依照公平原则作最终裁决。
20. For any matters not covered, the organizer will make a final decision with reference to Rules of Heyball and principles of fair play.
21. 因不可抗力、设备问题或其他突发情况导致比赛中断或取消，主办方保留对赛事的最终调整权利。
21. The organizer reserves the right to postpone, modify or cancel matches due to force majeure, equipment issues or unforeseen circumstances.
